Join us as we celebrate and welcome those who have arrived in our community over the past year through the Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) at the Portage Learning and Literacy Centre.
Together, we will celebrate new beginnings, new connections, and the many volunteers, businesses, landlords, partners, and community members who have supported our RAP program and helped make Portage la Prairie feel like home for our newest community members. It takes a community to make someone feel welcome and we are grateful for ours.
