💰 Free Tax Filing Support CVITP 2026 💰
Portage Learning and Literacy Centre is offering FREE tax filing services through the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program CVITP. Trained volunteers can help eligible individuals and families file their 2025 income tax return at no cost.
📄 How it works
✔️ Drop Off and Pick Up
Bring your tax documents Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A volunteer will prepare your return and contact you when it is ready.
✔️ By Appointment
Appointments are available if drop off is not an option.
👥 Who can use this service
Individuals and families with a simple tax situation and modest income.
💡 Income Guidelines 2025 gross family income
• 1 person under $40,000
• 2 persons under $50,000
• 3 persons under $52,500
• Each additional person add $2,500
