The Newcomers’ Welcome Centre is once again organizing a multicultural celebration of Christmas and the holiday season. This year’s event will take place at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church Hall (36 2nd St. SW) on Tuesday, December 20th, and starts at 5pm to 9pm. We will be having a potluck supper (bring your favourite dish!), an outdoor horse-drawn sleigh ride (bring your warmest clothes!), as well as games and activities for kids and a special visitor from the North Pole! Be sure to attend, but please let us know if you are coming prior to December 20th. All newcomers to Canada, family, friends, and volunteers are invited!
