Join the PLLC’s Newcomer’s Welcome Centre, along with the Portage Community Revitalization Corporation (PCRC) and Recreation Opportunities for Kids, on Sunday, January 31 for a day of free fun for the whole family at Winterfest 2016! From 1:00-3:00pm, we will be offering skating, snowshoeing, dog sledding and much more at the Outdoor Skating Rink near North Memorial School! Come out for Winterfest 2016 to see all the ways you can play in the snow!
